SANCTUARY: interior design course for wellbeing at home

£27.00

Joyfully redesign your interiors to feel serene and spirited, and finally show up rested and ready for life - without having to change everything.

Your home may or may not have the looks, but it definitely needs the feels.

Especially if it’s a stress incubator, where the mornings are chaotic, and the nights, restless. If you avoid rooms that drain you - then feel guilty about it - this is the rework that’ll make your home actually feelgood, so you do too.

Because your home isn’t just a backdrop. It’s your nervous system’s daily habitat.

This isn’t just about buying more candles or repainting your walls (again). It’s about rethinking how your home is working for you. How it feels, not just how it photographs - whatever your taste.

Most interiors advice out there is for aesthetics, not wellbeing.

But when you go deeper on design, you get to create a deliciously restorative space.

To feel more at ease. Lighter. And let that ripple through all areas of life.

SANCTUARY is a 6-part interior design mini-course, built around the pillars of wellbeing, for homes that heal.

You’ll receive instant lifetime access to:

6 x short and sweet video trainings

These aren’t lectures. They’re guides to identifying what you need.

6 x Worksheet downloads.

This isn’t homework! This is an invitation to create calm, your way.

For less than a new scatter cushion.

Your home interior is the foundation of everything.

If it brings you down - you’ll feel like you’re wading through treacle.

If it lifts you up - you’re optimum. Unstoppable!

You’ve already outgrown:

  • being unsettled on your own sofa (and not knowing why)

  • scrolling beautiful homes, but feeling on edge in yours

  • tolerating the clutter and drabness that pulls energy from your day

  • going to bed tired and waking up tireder

  • putting off guests until you can welcome them the way you’d like

Because you’re finally ready to …..

✔️ Wind down properly, before the reaching the point you just can’t keep your eyes open

✔️ Bounce out of bed with a spring in your step, instead of hitting snooze for the third time

✔️ Start that book, instrument or craft project in your own special space

✔️ Swap evenings of busy-ness with rest and reconnecting with your partner - or yourself

✔️ Focus on your best work in the office - without moving the ironing off your desk first

Your interiors probably don’t need a big intervention. Just holistic consideration. This isn’t about Pinterest-perfect or Insta-ready.

It’s about creating a positive energy baseline, so life gets to be breezy.

What we’ll cover:

  1. Cortisol Detox - reduce your stress hormones so you can finally relax

  2. Rest, Reset, Reflect - manage your energy and enthusiasm through design

  3. Nature At Home* - harness her calming powers indoors (*hint, it’s not just advice to paint everything green)

  4. Generating Joy - sanctuary doesn’t have to mean serious and cheer is non-negotiable

  5. Community & Connection - designing for the togetherness, conversation, and emotional safety we’re all craving

  6. Clean Air Indoors - breathe easy with healthy, toxin-free design choices that don’t pollute the air, the sea or you and me

WHAT THIS IS NOT:

The latest style advice, rules, trend predictions or instructions on how to have a beautiful home.

WHAT THIS IS:

An opportunity to engage in and action what would make YOU feel lighter at home.

Hi I’m Zoe,

I’ve lived and breathed interior design my entire life, working on sets for stage and screen, then real properties, winning a few awards along the way to appearing on makeover series ‘My Unique B&B’ on BBC.

For me, design has always been about people - whether fictional characters on the stage or real humans living real lives in real buildings. It’s never just about what it looks like. It’s about how it feels and functions, and how it’s made.

But despite all that, even I know what it’s like to live in a home that doesn’t feel like home – and the impact it has on your mood, energy and capacity.

Now I live somewhere that scaffolds and delights me daily. I created SANCTUARY because everyone deserves a home that gives them life — not one that quietly steals it.

Let’s get you feeling happy and energised at home. Let’s make your home a sanctuary.

Zoe x
