This is your opportunity to focus your thoughts and allow me to prepare ahead of our consultation at your property, so we get the best from the session.
Please allow for up to two hours consulting time, and an extra hour for surveying the space.
Once we’ve agreed your Project Brief, the studio will create your Design Scheme, including:
Dimensioned Scale Floorplan Drawing with proposed layout
Elevation drawing for each wall
Colour Palette with placement plan
Moodboard showing all the design elements together
Samples of finishes
Fully-costed itemised Project Shopping List
The total design package fee is £2995 split into two payments - the deposit when you book this Briefing Meeting, and the balance when you book your Presentation Meeting.
As soon as your design is complete (typically 2 weeks) you’ll be invited to book your Presentation Meeting, after which you’ll have chance to absorb, feed back and optionally get one free revision to ensure you absolutely love your design.
