…but instead of making 964 detailed design decisions on top of your daily load, you want a unique interior vision crafted especially for you - that’s when you commission Stylemongers Of Bristol.
Dream, Design, Do.
The first step in the process is to choose which room you want redesigned and arrange an on-site consultation, aka the Briefing Meeting. Upon booking your appointment you’ll gain immediate access to the client questionnaire, aimed at focussing your thoughts and allowing your designer to prepare, so you get the best from your session. Then on the big day, we’ll meet at your property to agree the brief.
Although we’ll be focussing on your chosen room, a tour of the whole home will be invaluable, for context. We’ll define your needs, nice-to-haves and non-negotiables for the space. We’ll identify what is and isn’t working, and why.
Armed with a tape measure, a huge range of colour swatches and style reference imagery, we’ll be able to understand and articulate your taste, so we can start dreaming up your unique transformation.
Typically this takes around two hours (because you have things to do), and we’ll survey the space, taking photos and measuring up thoroughly while we’re there (allow another hour for this).
Then we get to work on the design magic back at the studio, using the signature Stylemongers blend of colour, pattern, eco-paints, natural fibre textiles, reclaimed, vintage, bespoke, one-of-a-kind and new, to create your special design story.
Covering every detail from the flooring, furniture, upholstery, windows and cabinetry to the light switches, we’ll craft you a unique Design Scheme that’ll include:
Dimensioned Scale Floorplan Drawing with proposed layout
Elevation drawing for each wall
Colour Palette with placement plan
Moodboard showing all the design elements together
Samples of finishes
Fully-costed itemised Project Shopping List
Once ready (typical lead time approx 2 weeks), we’ll arrange a Presentation Meeting to show you the design scheme and take your feedback.
The current price for this package is a flat fee of £2995, split across two payments - upon booking the Briefing and Presentation Meetings - for simplicity. There are many unforeseen and variable costs in renovations, and we don’t want the design to be one of them.
One free revision to the scheme is included, for mutual peace of mind that you’ll absolutely love your new design.
Visualisation Bolt-On
The Design Presentation is usually sufficient to adequately describe the transformation proposal, but if you lack faith in your imaginative powers, you can optionally upgrade to receive artist’s impressions, so you can see your design coming to life in 3D.
Stylemongers Of Bristol rejects ai on environmental and ethical grounds, so will produce your design images the artisanal way - digitally, but sketched by hand.
Prices for the Visualisation Bolt-On start from £800 and will vary depending on the complexity of your project and how many views you require.

Once you’re in love with your design, it’s time to make it real.
At this point you are welcome to use your design documents to organise your refurb. Or, sit back while the studio partners with trusted trades and craftspeople to install your design by undertaking these tasks:
Management of all required tradespeople
Liaise with the artisans making any bespoke items
Keeping you informed of the project timeline and budget
Procure and supply required products & materials
Co-ordinate deliveries & storage
Arrange waste removal & cleaning
Style and photograph the completed space, ready to hand back to you
The price of this DO phase will depend on the complexity of your particular design project. Quotes will be provided in advance for the items that have certainty, and estimates for the aspects with variability, to manage expectation as transparently as possible. Project management fees are invoiced weekly, based on an hourly rate of £125 and tracked on a shareable timesheet.
Stylemongers Of Bristol carries professional indemnity and public liability insurance, and uses only trusted tradespeople to ensure a quality install and peace of mind for all parties.

The total design package fee is £2995 split into two payments - the deposit when you book this Briefing Meeting, and the balance when you book your Presentation Meeting.
As soon as your design is complete (typically 2 weeks) you’ll be invited to book your Presentation Meeting, after which you’ll have chance to absorb, feed back and optionally get one free revision to ensure you absolutely love your design.

Before this consultancy meeting you’ll complete a preparatory questionnaire, then we’ll establish and sense-check what you really want to do, so you can stop scrolling and start installing.
We’ll workshop your ideas for your chosen room, and talk about everything you need to. This is the opportunity to ask all your questions about the space and style, from the flooring to the furnishings, the layout to the lighting, the colours to the carpentry.
Together we’ll define a design direction that gets you excited, and afterwards you’ll receive a written summary, so you’re ready to crack on without any more hesitation.
This isn’t just a recommendation list for making your interior look right at home on instagram. This is bespoke guidance that combines reflecting your unique character with the practical solutions that’ll support the life you want to live at home.
When you put my expert eyes on your project, I’ll be considering sustainability throughout as standard while I share the solutions you can’t yet see.

The price of your intensive will be deducted from the Dream, Design, Do Service if you upgrade to the full interior design treatment from Stylemongers Of Bristol.
